J.P. Morgan Stable Value Fund ERISA Litigation

The Law Offices of Michael M. Mulder is co-lead counsel for a class of workers who invested their retirement savings in J.P. Morgan stable value products.  The complaint alleges that J.P. Morgan violated federal law when it failed to prudently manage its stable value funds, for example, by investing in risky mortgage assets.  J.P. Morgan accordingly violated its fiduciary duty to the class.  On April 17, 2017, Judge Vernon Broderick of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entered an Order and Memorandum Opinion certifying a class action.  See attached Order and Memorandum Opinion by clicking here.

Bloomberg BNA News in its Pension & Benefits Daily published an article about the case on April 19, 2017.  Read BNA’s JPMorgan Stable Value Lawsuit Gets Class Treatment by clicking here.
